Registration will open on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) for the following registration types.
About registering for Supplier Marketplace tables:
Each New England state is allotted a specific number of available Marketplace Tables for suppliers to participate in pre-scheduled meetings with International tour operators. Participants will be confirmed on first come, first serve basis. Once all available spots have been reserved, Discover New England will maintain a waitlist that will be assigned in early 2027 for unsold spots in order of submission. Waitlisted businesses will not be charged until participation can be confirmed and early-bird pricing will be honored if registration was initially submitted during the early-bird period so all are encouraged to complete their registration even after they’ve been notified of a waitlist situation.

Media, technology, creative, and other service providers may have an exhibit table only through event sponsorship or a Media, Tech & Creative Services (MTC) Membership.
Delegate registration must be purchased separately from above options. It is not required that booths are staffed for duration of show. |
