State Images for Discover New England Use
Share your images so that Discover New England may utilize your imagery on its website, for social media, in press releases, newsletter, itineraries, guidebooks, galleries, campaigns and more. Additionally, your images will be available for media and trade professionals to use for their New England features and projects. All images will be tagged accordingly.
Images shared with Discover New England:
- Must have no expiry, credit requirements, or limitations on distribution.
- Must be in the following formats: JPEG, TIFF, TIF, PNG, AVI, PDF, WEBP, FLV, MPG, MOV, MP4, GIF
- Must be at least 300 pixels per inch (ppi) or 1280 x 720 pixels

I have read, agree to and attest that the images provided meet the above requirements. I have the authority to provide shared rights of all assets uploaded to Discover New England and I am giving Discover New England perpetual shared rights to all images provided. I understand that notification of and credit for image-use cannot be guaranteed. I understand that I cannot rescind future use of images. I hold harmless Discover New England for any damages caused from use of images provided.
If you have images that have credit requirements but without limitations on redistribution and expiry, Discover New England would still accept those images to be saved in an internal gallery. Please email your file share to info@discovernewengland.org with the credit requirements and a statement granting Discover New England shared and unlimited rights to the images. Images with limits on distribution and that have expiry will not be accepted.
