Exhibition Area
Located in the Beacon Foyer immediately outside of the Marketplace. The Exhibition is a high traffic area where exhibitors can display banners and have giveaways. These tables are not required to be staffed for the duration of the event. This is not to be confused with Marketplace which is a separate area of the event where prescheduled appointments take place and no displays are allowed.
Exhibiting Includes: A 10×6 floor space, a 6’ table, two chairs. Note, there is no pipe in drape separating the exhibitor spots. View the Registration page pricing and more details.
Setup: Monday, April 7 from 11:00AM to 1:00PM
Electricity and A/V Services: Can be purchased directly through Encore EventNow Exhibits

Shipments arriving earlier than April 3 may be rejected and returned.
Boxes weighing over 50lbs will have a $25 handling fee assessed each way. Handling fees must be pre-paid prior to collection.
Exhibitors who wish to ship outgoing packages are required to have all boxes be fully packed, sealed and have pre-paid labels affixed.
Please check out with the Newport Harbor Island Resort banquet staff before departing to ensure boxes are collected and secured.
Note: There is a business center on-site with a computer and basic printing capabilities but no formal shipping center.
